Skate Park Helmet Waiver (18yrs +)     

(Waiver will not apply to Vert Ramp – Helmet & Knee Pads Required on Vert.)

 

> I, the undersigned skater, recognize the dangers inherent with skateboarding.

> I am assuming the hazard of this risk upon myself since I choose to skate.

> I realize I am subject to injury from this activity and that no form of preplanning can remove

   all of the danger to which I am exposing myself.

> I have been offered a protective skateboarding helmet, and have been asked to wear one

   while participating in skate activities which could prevent head injuries and/or permanent

   brain damage in the event of an accident.

> Against the advice of this skatepark and it’s operators, employees, volunteers, and business

   entity, I am refusing this critical safety precaution.
